Deluxe boot set (2 pcs.) for rear swing axle CV joints for Type1 Bug Beetle / Karmann Ghia T14 Set includes: 2 axle boots, 4 clamps, bolts and nuts for side sealing surface. Grease / sealant is NOT included. This is a high quality aftermarket part set. Mounting: These are mounted the same as original ones. Bolt-tightened sealing side should be put towards front of the car about 30 degrees upwards from horizontal level when axle is hanging free – off from ground / floor surface. Recommended to use oil resistant RTV sealing grease on contact surface along the side which is tightened with bolts. This will improve sealing properties and may avoid transmission fluid leaks.
