Original rear seat headrest installing part kit for E30. This kit is for sedan / coupe / convertible. These use standard front seat headrests- NOT included. These are brand new Original BMW parts. Mounting: These mounts are secured to the back side of the standard rear seat with a few bolts each. You will need to cut 4 small holes in the leather or cloth for the headrest legs in the rear seat. Standard E30 front seat headrests are the same as the rear ones- just grab a pair from your local breakers yard. Fits: Any E30 (1982-1994) sedan / coupe / convertible. US and Euro. Including M3
