BMW E12 M535I FRONT SPOILER

Euro front bumper / spoiler combo for E12 M535i body kit. Great for converting your US spec car to Euro spec. This will look great and also remove a lot of weight from your car compared to the US spec diving board bumper.

Can also be used on Euro spec cars if your old bumper is damaged or to reduce weight. The trim strips are built in the bumper- they can not be removed.

This is a brand new aftermarket part made from Pflex- a mix of multiple composite materials including carbon and kevlar. As this is a aftermarket replacement part some paint preparation is always needed (sanding, filler, primer and paint). The bumper should be painted cars body color with the trim being painted satin black to look like the rubber trim.
 

Mounting: You must remove the standard front bumper, its brackets and metal valance before fitting this. The bumper is bolted to the cars fenders using bolts and nuts. The new bumpers upper flange is secured to the cars under grill metal trim with the standard metal valances screws- additionally you can use a metal strip with holes to prevent the bumper from sagging under extreme heat. Additionally the lower part can be secured to the radiator support with a custom made sheet metal bracket (not included).

The bracket is not mandatory needed but in case you want to make it it looks like a flat steel band with approx 1/2 inch width and approx 3 inches long with one 1/4 inch diameter hole on each end. The Euro turn indicators should be bolted to the built in threads, the holes on the plastic indicator housings may need to be slightly enlarged (turn indicators are not included).
