E24 USA TO EURO WRAPAROUND REAR BUMPER CONVERSION 3 PCS STRIPED TRIM SET

USA to Euro wraparound rear bumper conversion striped trim set for BMW E24 6 series. This trim is located above the rear Euro wraparound bumper (it sits between the taillights and the rear bumper). Needed when converting to Euro rear wraparound bumper on any year USA spec E24. It fills the gap left between the Euro wraparound bumper and taillights. This set consists of 3 trim pieces (center and left and right corner pieces) and mounting hardware.

These are brand new aftermarket parts made from GFK and plastic. As these are hand made aftermarket parts some paint prep (sanding, filling, primer) is always needed before painting.

Mounting: Rear USA spec bumper must be first removed to mount this trim kit. Before mounting this you also do need to cut off the 1/2” wide long metal flange that previously held on the USA spec rear bumpers rubber center trim right in the 90 degree fold line (easy to do with an angle grinder and cut of wheel). The cut must be made approx 30 mm bellow the taillight lower line (please see the pictures for this). The new trims long center part with it’s special mounting flange is secured to the cars tail panel using either 3M double sided tape or Poly Urethane window glue. The corners each latch on the center parts ends and are bolted to the existing cars fender holes using the built in studs and included nuts.

Fits: Any USA spec E24 (1976-1989). Will NOT fit Euro cars.
