FULL EURO BUMPER / BODY KIT CONVERSION KIT FOR US SPEC BMW E24 TO EURO M635

Full Euro and M635 conversion kit for E24 USA spec cars made from June 1982-1987 (cars with Diving board bumpers). Includes all of the needed parts to convert your USA spec E24 that has the big diving board bumpers to full Euro M635CSi look. Comes with all of the needed hardware for easy mounting.] Kit includes: Euro spec front and rear bumpers with built in trim and spoilers Sideskirt set Fender flare set Boot spoiler Euro rear license plate filler panel Special US to Euro striped three piece trim above the rear bumper USA to Euro front and rear bumper mounting conversion brackets for easy bolt on install Euro fog lights with bulbs and mounting brackets and hardware Euro spec headlights with bulbs Amber Euro spec turn indicator lens Stripe decals 16” aftermarket wheels Wheel bolts Stainless steel valves Original wheel hub cap badges Original grill and trunk badges Please see the last picture for illustrational purposes. The body kit parts are brand new custom made aftermarket parts made from PFlex material (a mix of composite materials including carbon and kevlar with elastic resin). As these are hand made parts some paint prep like sanding, filling and primer is always needed before paint. The lights and wheels are brand new aftermarket parts. The badges are brand new original BMW parts. Mounting: The bumpers are mounted to the car using the included adaptor brackets. The fender flares need to be glued to the car. The boot spoiler can be either glued or bolted to the car on the built in mounting points. The three piece striped trim and plate filler panel need to be glued and bolted to the car- they have special built in mounting flanges. The sideskirts need to be glued to the car on the upper inner flange and bolted at the ends. The headlights are direct replacements- even the plugs fit. The turn indicator lens- you need to remove the inner US spec reflectors from the US spec turn indicator housings. The wheel specs are the same as factory M635 and they come with the needed mounting bolts and valves. The recommended tire size is 205/55 R16 for front and 225/50 R16 for rear axle.
