This is an aftermarket part. As this is an replacement part professional paint prep and install (some sanding, priming, filling) is always needed.

Mounting: Super easy mounting using adhesive does not require to drill holes in trunk lid. alternatively you can also use screws or rivets.

Fits: Any E36 (1991-1998) Sedan and Coupe and convertible
